Delete your PersoLingua account

In the app

1. Open PersoLingua and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
3. Read the warning and type DELETE in the confirmation field.
4. Select Delete account, then Delete in the confirmation window.

Without the app

1. Open the email account you used to register with PersoLingua.
2. Email hello@persolingua.com from that address. Use “Delete my PersoLingua account” as the subject.
3. In your message, ask us to delete your PersoLingua account and its personal data.

What data is deleted

Your account data is deleted: email, name and sign-in method, personalization intake, progress and practice results, and pronunciation recordings. The time for deletion and the exception for receipts and tax records are set out below, as in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion time and what is kept

Active-account data is kept while you use the product. After account deletion, it is erased within 30 days. Receipts and tax records are retained for 10 years under Italian law.

If you joined the waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when sales open. We keep it for up to 90 days after launch, or until you ask us to delete it at hello@persolingua.com.
