The service

You must be at least 14 years old to use PersoLingua.

PersoLingua provides personalized audio language courses. The language pair is separate from interface language; lessons are assembled with AI using the learner's intake. Purchased levels become available after payment.

Purchase and access

A level is a one-time purchase that remains available in your account. It is not a subscription and there are no automatic renewals. Lemon Squeezy processes website payments. Prices are in euros and may include tax depending on jurisdiction.

App Store and Google Play purchases

If in-app purchasing is available, Apple or Google is the seller and handles payment, receipt, tax, and refunds under its own rules. Refunds for those purchases must be requested from the relevant store.

Waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from digital-content purchases. Because access starts immediately, before payment we separately ask you to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this removes the withdrawal right. Payment does not start without both confirmations, and neither is preselected.

Refunds

Within 14 days of a website purchase, we voluntarily refund 80% of the price paid for levels whose creation has not begun: the questionnaire is unfinished or a bundle level has not yet been opened for creation. Once generation of a level has begun, no voluntary refund is offered for that level. We retain 20% to cover non-refundable Lemon Squeezy fees and work. The price of each bundle level is allocated proportionally after all discounts and promo codes. Email hello@persolingua.com with “Refund” in the subject and your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy; the time to receive funds depends on the payment method. This voluntary policy does not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights. Section 03 applies to in-app purchases.

Gift certificates

A certificate contains the selected levels and language pair. Its link and code do not expire, and it can be redeemed once. Section 05 and the same 14-day period from purchase apply to gifts: 80% of the price paid for levels whose creation has not begun, whether or not the certificate has been redeemed.

Acceptable use

Courses are for personal use. Audio and transcripts may not be distributed, resold, or published. Access is tied to one account.

AI-content notice

Lessons are assembled automatically and undergo automated quality control. An occasional inaccurate phrase is still possible and can be reported from the product.

Liability

The course does not guarantee a specific language outcome. PersoLingua's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price, and we are not liable for indirect loss. A serious prolonged outage results in a proportionate extension or refund.

Governing law

Italian law governs these Terms. Disputes are heard in Piacenza (Emilia-Romagna), without limiting a consumer's right to bring a claim in their place of residence.
