The service
Persolingua provides personalized audio language courses. The language pair is separate from interface language; lessons are assembled with AI using the learner's intake. Purchased levels become available after payment.
Purchase and access
A level is a one-time purchase that remains available in your account. It is not a subscription and there are no automatic renewals. Lemon Squeezy processes website payments. Prices are in euros and may include tax depending on jurisdiction.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If in-app purchasing is available, Apple or Google is the seller and handles payment, receipt, tax, and refunds under its own rules. Refunds for those purchases must be requested from the relevant store.
Waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from digital-content purchases. Because access starts immediately, before payment we separately ask you to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this removes the withdrawal right. Payment does not start without both confirmations, and neither is preselected.
Refunds
We voluntarily refund the value of levels that have not been started. Email hello@persolingua.com with “Refund” in the subject within 14 days. A level is started after at least one lesson has been played. Bundle discounts are applied proportionally. Lemon Squeezy processes website refunds in 5–10 business days.
Gift certificates
A certificate contains the selected levels and language pair. Its link and code do not expire, and it can be redeemed once. Before redemption, the buyer may request a full refund within 14 days; after redemption, section 05 applies.
Acceptable use
Courses are for personal use. Audio and transcripts may not be distributed, resold, or published. Access is tied to one account.
AI-content notice
Lessons are assembled automatically and undergo automated quality control. An occasional inaccurate phrase is still possible and can be reported from the product.
Liability
The course does not guarantee a specific language outcome. Persolingua's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price, and we are not liable for indirect loss. A serious prolonged outage results in a proportionate extension or refund.
Governing law
Italian law governs these Terms. Disputes are heard in Piacenza (Emilia-Romagna), without limiting a consumer's right to bring a claim in their place of residence.

Persolingua is a project of Vadym Melnychenko, Castel San Giovanni (PC), Italy. The VAT registration number (P.IVA) will be added after registration is complete.
